What Do You Get with Weekly Pool Service?

A professional weekly pool service helps keep your pool clean and balanced. At Shasta Pools, every weekly visit follows a consistent service routine that includes cleaning, water testing, equipment inspections, and detailed digital reporting. Both the Shasta Cares and Shasta Elite packages include weekly visits that include holiday weeks.

Pool Cleaning and Debris Removal

Your pool technician removes leaves and debris, brushes pool surfaces as needed, vacuums when necessary, and empties the skimmer and pump baskets. These maintain proper water circulation.

Leaves and organic debris can clog baskets that reduce circulation. Poor circulation contribute to most water quality problems. The Cares Package also includes backwashing the filter when needed.

Water Testing and Chemical Balancing

Weekly water testing helps keep your pool safe and properly balanced. Both Shasta service packages include testing and balancing the core water chemistry.

Water chemistry changes constantly because of Arizona's heat and your pool's use. During every weekly visit, your technician tests the water and adjusts the basic chemistry as needed. The standard service includes managing chlorine, pH, and total alkalinity. We help prevent algae growth and reduce unnecessary wear on pool surfaces.

Equipment Inspection

Your pool tech checks the equipment pad for visible leaks and other signs that something may need attention. Filter pressure is also recorded during each visit. "There's five things that we do at every stop... you're gonna brush walls, benches, steps, floor if needed. Vacuum if needed. Then we net top and bottom of the pool. We empty all the baskets, skimmers, inline pumps. We cover the chems for chlorine, pH and alkalinity. So anything needed for those that's included in there. Then we inspect the equipment for any sort of leaks or issues. You get the reports every week. If we put in any sort of alerts, you have a portal to log into. What's the Difference Between Shasta Cares and Shasta Elite?

• Emptying skimmer, pump, and inline baskets

• Equipment inspection for visible leaks or issues

What You Get with Shasta Elite?

Shasta Elite includes everything in the Shasta Cares package plus expanded water testing and preventative maintenance.

The Shasta Elite package starts at $205 per month:

• Calcium hardness testing and tracking

• Total dissolved solids (TDS) testing

• Cyanuric acid (CYA) testing

• Phosphate testing

• Two professional filter cleanings per year

• Four salt-cell cleanings per year (when applicable)
