If you’re interested in diving into a new Shasta pool, we want you to be aware of the recent challenges we’ve experienced, along with the rest of the pool industry. 2020 marked unprecedented growth across the industry, with more demand than any year in recent history. And 2022 isn’t looking to slow down with the amount of families wanting to build new pools.

Here are some of the common questions and answers to help set expectations with all new pool projects.

I want to build a new pool. When can I meet with someone?

Due to the unusual volume of interest in building new pools, we’re booking free design consultations with a team member on average 3- 5 weeks out from the time you submit your request. You are also encouraged to visit one of our 3 Valley-wide design centers to schedule an appointment in person. This will allow you to get a quick tour of the color and materials selections, equipment options and receive a basic understanding of how to best do your research in the pool industry.

How long does it take from the time I sign my contract to diving into my new pool?

Why is it taking so long for my pool to be built?

Due to high volume requests across the entire pool industry country-wide, there is not only a shortage with pool equipment and parts and most recently cement for our shotcrete pools but Arizona is also experiencing a shortage of qualified skilled tradesmen. We’re working diligently with our supply partners and actively building out Team Shasta to accommodate the large increase in new pool projects. Read more.
