How long does a new Phoenix pool take once you sign?
A normal new pool construction project takes two and a half to three and a half months. This timeline starts once excavation begins. However, the timeframes changes depending on a shotcrete custom pool or a fiberglass pool.

If a pool builder is highlighting 8 weeks that most likely a fiberglass pool. Most custom concrete pools take 6 months from start to finish. That includes permits, excavation, construction, and pool start up.
