Backyard Pool Remodel Overview

This month’s featured backyard pool remodel is a luxurious in-ground pool with a unique shape that includes a large swimming area with staircase entry, making it easy to get in and out. Also integrated are inlets and peninsulas which make for a unique look and aesthetic. An integrated spa built right into the side of the pool allows for relaxation time to soothe tight muscles after a vigorous afternoon swim as well as if the owners just want to relax with a cocktail on a summer evening. Pool Features

The interior lining of this pool is done with beautiful white Shasta Stone, giving it a very natural look as though it were an outdoor spring or small lake. The walls are formed from brand new stacked stone arranged on a raised bond beam, with brand new waterline tiling to keep everything unified with a smooth transition from the floor stone to the stacks.

On top of the raised attached spa and making up the raised wall areas is brand new travertine stone. The whole comes together in earth tones to create an ultimately stress-relieving and relaxing pool with an exceptionally natural feel. There’s nothing artificial-looking about this design! It evokes an old-world design sensibility for a classic aesthetic which drives home the overall theme.
