5 Of Our Favorite Shasta Pools In Phoenix

At Shasta, we’ve not only seen some of the most beautiful pools in Phoenix, but we’ve built them ourselves. We’d like to share some of our own favorite pool designs and features that we have created in hopes of inspiring your own ideas.

Clever Geometrics

This pool has a number of features incorporated into its design, from infinity edges to fountains to scuppers and beyond. We really enjoy this geometric pool particularly because it appears to be raised higher than it is due to the clever placement of the water catchment which not only adds functionality to the pool, but improves the appearance of it.

To Infinity and Beyond

This smaller sized pool is perfectly perched right upon an edge, serving gorgeous views of Arizona and providing a seemingly endless stretch of blue water thanks to the infinity or ‘negative’ edge. The stacked stone only further plays into and supports the desert-like atmosphere of this outdoor living space.

The Sky High Lagoon

Almost kidney in shape, this aquatic retreat is located on a hillside and boasts an infinity edge to compliment the desert surroundings. Sunken seating offers plenty of lounging opportunities to relax and cool off, while surrounding rock features allow for the pool to fully blend into its environment.

Matching Spa and Pool Combo

What we love about this pool is the spa, while detached, appears to be built right into the structure of the geometric L-shaped pool by mirroring its shape. The brick work, decking and planters create definition and draw the eye to different areas of the backyard.

Understated Elegance

Supporting the growing trend in smaller pools to match smaller backyards, this semi-circular shaped pool is simple in design and yet the attached spill over spa and well placed rock features give it an elegant and modern look.
